By accessing or using the Guitar Fretboard Note Trainer (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is a free, browser-based educational tool for practicing guitar fretboard note recognition. It is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind.
3. Use of the Service
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to:

- Attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation or security
- Misrepresent the Site or its origin
4. Open Source License
The source code is licensed under the MIT License — see LICENSE. You are free to fork, modify, and redistribute the code under those terms. This does not grant you ownership of the original hosted Site, its domain, or its branding.
5. User Content
The Site does not collect or store any user-generated content. Any data (best times, language preference) is stored locally on your device.
6. Intellectual Property
"Guitar Fretboard Note Trainer" and its visual design are the intellectual property of the author. The code itself is open-sourced under MIT (see Section 4).
7. Disclaimer
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
9. Advertising and Third Parties
The Site may display advertisements or links to third-party sites (such as Buy Me a Coffee). The author is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
10. Changes
These Terms may be updated occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance.
